Governor Profiles
Kim Bilcliffe - Parent Governor
In addition to being a parent of a child at Rosebank, I have a background in Account Management and have been actively involved in supporting children and families within the local community. I previously led a local campaign group advocating for improved services for children with SEND and, more recently, worked as a Personal Assistant, supporting vulnerable families to access opportunities and services within the community. I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact Rosebank has had on Jacob and our family. It has been a privilege to serve as a Governor, and I am passionate about contributing to the continued success and future development of the school.

Stephanie Davies - Interim Chair of Governors
My name is Stephanie Davies. I am a Co-opted Governor and also the Chair of the Financial Planning Committee and current Chair of Governors. I was previously the School Business Manager at Weaverham High School but retired in September 2017.
During my retirement I spend a lot of time riding my beautiful cob Puzzle and as you can see from the photo we spend a lot of time exploring our amazing countryside. I am also kept busy gardening, reading and knitting.
Rosebank is a very special school with everybody working together to give the young people the best possible start to their lives. I feel very privileged to be a Governor here.

Rhian Johnstone - Co-opted Governor
I have been a Chartered Accountant for over 10 years and started my career specialising in the public sector. I have a keen interest in not-for-profit entities and am currently the Financial Controller at Grosvenor Hart Homes, a specialist housing and support services social enterprise founded by the Duke of Westminster. I lead on financial controls and reporting, which includes budgeting, cash flow forecasting, presenting data and writing accounting policies.
Due to the nature of the business, I have undertaken specialist trauma-informed and safeguarding training. I am closely aligned with Cheshire West and Chester Council and therefore have up-to-date experience of public sector funding and submission of grants applications. I have previously held a School Governor and Chair of Finance Committee position at another SEN primary school where I gained significant experience in school governance and management. I witnessed first-hand how a highly experienced, effective governing body contributes so positively to the educational outcomes of its pupils.
I am a Mum to two little boys and have a keen interest in child psychology. I am passionate about education and providing children with the tools to have a fulfilling and happy life.
